Italgear, a leading precision gear manufacturing company, operates from its 5000 m² premises. Our industrial group covers the whole production cycle for making ground and deburred cylindrical gears, spiral and hypoid drive gears and pinions. We primarily produce ground Gleason bevel gears and differential gears and make mechanical transmissions and components from start to finish. We also offer design and co-engineering services.

Its modern premises cover a 9, 000m² surface area, 5, 000 m² of which is covered. Bival S.p.A. operates within a factory with a covered area of around 3000 m², and with equipment including 21 multi-spindle, 3 transfer and 21 dressing machines. Permanently updated machines, ever more experienced staff and the success of its highly efficient sales force mean that today we are able to work on behalf of an ever larger group of clients to satisfy their needs in sectors as varied as pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics, garden equipment and furniture. Bival produces detailed parts to order, ceaselessly striving for total quality and submitting its output to intensive controls via its computer control system. Continuous improvement of in-house procedures has enabled us to obtain SINCERT DNV UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification for our quality system. Our strengths lie in offering excellent value for money and the speed with which we are able to fill orders.

Founded in 1962, the company boasts a complete range of configurable machines, covered by more than 150 patents, produced in 40, 000 m² of production space in 4 factories all over the world, and more than 350 employees. Schnell heads up a major multinational industrial group. It operates in over 150 countries worldwide thanks to its 11 branches, more than 50 agents and dealers and a widespread after-sales service centre network. “Schnell Kundendienst” was set up in 2017 for the German market clients and is the latest after-sales technical assistance and spare parts centre, that operates both through a call centre and at the customers’ location.
