Make the perfect cut with Maier machine knives. We have been manufacturing knives and blades solely from high-quality and high-alloy high-speed steels for more than 95 years. This means that our machine knives remain sharp for a long time and produce a perfect cutting result. It goes without saying that you cannot benefit from having the best steel quality if hardening and the tempering process are not tailored to the steel quality in question. Our decades of experience at Maier-Unitas, in cooperation with our partners, ensures the best results. We are always happy to advise interested parties with respect to designing cutting geometry and selecting material. Using our decades of experience in the production of machine knives, we have already analysed machine knife tasks in cooperation with many customers (including at their premises) and improved existing knives. This way of working makes it possible to design optimal machine knives together.

The "door within a door" design of our electrofilter series has become an international benchmark for technically sophisticated and easy-maintenance filter systems. For years, the continuous monitoring of developments in the design and performance of modern machine tools has given rise to more and more new electrofilter series, often in collaboration with the mechanical designers, and with the form adapted to the machine tool design. This also calls for a new design of the filter equipment, primarily the ionizer and collector cells. Today, DSL Air Technology boasts the world's largest electrofilter modification in the sector.

Peter Prinzing GmbH is a medium-sized, family-run engineering company with a long history and its roots in the heart of the Swabian Jura. For more than 55 years, we have been developing and producing testing machines in the Upper Swabian town of Riedlingen. One of our strengths is the design and production of high-quality special test machines according to individual customer specifications. Our membership of the Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (VDMA), a specialist community for testing machines, guarantees you forward-looking technologies, outstanding quality and reliable service. An independent department deals with the development and adaptation of electronic assemblies on our test machines. There's a focus here on project planning and development according to customer-specific specifications. Hardware is produced by a subsidiary in Switzerland.
