The two panels are automatically equipped with an integrated protective insert against stabbing, which after Certification US NIJ 0115.00 E1 (24J) E2 (36J) and S1 (Spike). Externally a civilian and modern quilted vest, the panels transform this garment into an unobtrusive and comfortable protective system to wear.
